Role Overview:

As a Senior Account Executive, you’ll join a dynamic team bringing sustainable packaging solutions to clients worldwide. In this role, you will manage key client accounts across multiple regions, providing tailored solutions that align with their sustainability goals. You’ll work with a diverse client base, so fluency in Dutch, German, English, Spanish, and Portuguese is essential for effective communication and relationship-building.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients in the European and global markets.
• Identify client needs and align our sustainable packaging solutions to meet their goals.
• Lead presentations, negotiations, and deal closings with a customer-centric approach.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Stay updated on market trends and sustainability regulations, bringing insights to clients.

               What you bring?

• • 3+ years of experience in account management, sales, or business development, preferably in technology, packaging or sustainability-focused industries.
  • Must be fluent in English and 1 more language - Dutch, German, English, Spanish, or Portuguese, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a remote start-up environment.
  • Passionate about sustainability and motivated to drive impactful change in global packaging practices.
