The Security Architect works hands-on with our technical team to keep our clients safe from cyber attacks and minimize the impact of security incidents. This role focuses on creating and maintaining a solid, secure technical architecture. Key responsibilities include designing and implementing security measures like network and infrastructure architecture, Identity Access Management (IAM), firewalls, IDS/IPS, encryption, and securing cloud environments based on the principles of secure architecture.

The Security Architect also leads projects, often with team collaboration, to enhance and adapt security to counter new threats, infrastructure changes, and privacy regulations.

What we look for

• Experience: 2-5 years for mid-level, or 5+ years for senior, in information security.
• Security-oriented design: Skilled in designing technical architectures and security components.
• Implementation of security measures: Hands-on experience with network and infrastructure design, firewalls, IDS/IPS, IAM, encryption, and more.
• Cloud setup: Knowledgeable in secure cloud environments, like Azure and/or AWS.
• Project leadership: Experience in driving and executing security architecture-related projects.
• Communication: Strong communication skills and a proactive advisory approach for our clients.
• ISMS-related knowledge: Familiarity with technical aspects of frameworks like ISO 27001 and NEN 7510.
• Certifications: Ideally certified, or willing to become certified, in CISM, MS Azure, CISSP, TOGAF, CISA, ISMS foundation, etc.
