What You’ll Do

As an interim recruiter with Joffers, you’ll take on diverse assignments for clients around Europe. From sourcing and interviewing to onboarding, you’ll manage the complete recruitment cycle across different sectors and roles. You’ll work remotely, flexibly, and always have something new to dig into!

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment (with a mix of IT, commercial, and operational roles)
• Self-employed with all the necessary insurances and tools to start immediately
• Confident, adaptable, and proactive—you know how to hit the ground running
